Strengthen the advocacy and exercise of the rights of people with physical and/or organic disabilities through digital training, educational innovation, and empowerment for social and democratic participation.
The Fundación ECOM project aims to promote the employment and social inclusion of people with physical and/or organic disabilities through the development of key digital skills. The initiative seeks to reduce the digital divide and promote personal autonomy, facilitating access to employment opportunities and active participation in digital society.
In a context of rapid technological transformation, the project strengthens the exercise of the digital rights of people with disabilities, fostering their capacity for participation, decision-making, and influence in digital environments. In this way, it contributes to improving their autonomy in daily life, as well as their relationship with public administration and their community environment.
In addition, the project incorporates a vision of innovation and continuous improvement through the updating of digital tools to ensure their accessibility in accordance with current regulations. It also promotes the integration of artificial intelligence to optimize internal processes, enabling more efficient support focused on assisting beneficiaries.

Communication and collaboration: tools for cooperative work, planning tools and organization, Participation and social activism and knowledge of community resources (ICT points and free connectivity). Digital.

Updating of the web of labor offers managed from the Labor Inclusion Service to guarantee accessibility in accordance with current regulations and favoring the exercise of the rights of people with disabilities.
The project is primarily aimed at people with physical, organic, and/or sensory disabilities who are in situations of, or at risk of, social exclusion, especially those who are unemployed or who face difficulties in accessing or maintaining employment in the regular labour market. Priority will be given to the participation of people in more vulnerable situations, taking into account factors such as age (especially those over 45), gender, low qualification levels, prolonged inactivity, economic precarity, or lack of a support network.
